Newton, Bose-Einstein/Maxwell, Quantum, String, and all the rest of the
Theories try to describe and explain the “Mind of God,” as Prof. Steven
Hawking, author of A Brief History of Time, puts it, or at the very
least, the known universe. Seems humanity is compelled to try to do the
impossible, to understand “infinity” and when that happens we will
understand “zero.” As it is sometimes said, “Nothing means everything.”
Now to this “zero” thing: Considering temperature, getting down
to absolute zero (-459.67° F.) is really impossible. Scientists have
gotten to one billionth of a degree, but to get there fully everything
has to stop. No atom can touch or move another, but according to the
Laws of Physics everything must affect everything else in one way or
another. So here we have it: A zero condition is unattainable but still
points to a great mystery, a mystery that intellectual minds may not be able
to solve. In earlier times you have heard it said, “Out of nothing
comes something.” Well...
As we, or if we, come to know zero we will then know, be the Mind
of God.
